SKY RANCH FOUNDATION AWARDS GRANT TO CHRIST CHILD HOUSE

December 2021

Over the past 10 years the Foundation has awarded well over $4 million in grants to organizations that help to rehabilitate at-risk youth. Donations from the Beverage Alcohol Industry enable the Foundation to continue our work by awarding grants to these organizations.

Detroit, MI-based Christ Child House is one such organization. This intensive residential treatment center licensed by the State of Michigan has provided care for up to 31 boys, ages 6 through 16, for more than 78 years.  Clinicians focus on a multitude of approaches including building coping skills, fostering social and emotional resilience, emphasizing the importance of attachment, strengthening forever-family relationships and so much more.

Sky Ranch Foundation Chairman George McCarthy states,”Christ Child House’s treatments have proven to be a success, each and every year.  Their comprehensive program is known to have some of the highest standards among these types of organizations”.
